Our vision is to connect together everyone in the UK who is interested in Osho with a view to meditating together. Initially we’ll run online meditations and then see what organically develops.

A BIG part of our vision is to make it easy for new people have space to contribute and to help to run things. So if you’d like to help, just ask. Osho’s guidance on running meditations is important.

Osho has clear guidance for how the meditations should be conducted. Anyone running meditations in any kind of depth or for newcomers, should either have done a meditation leader training such as those run by Moumina, Shunyo or in Pune, or else have experience both substantial and educated. In particular, there’s an art to inspiring people with our enthusiasm without being a guru or adding our mind into it (“keep the message pure, unpolluted by you or by others”). We are working out as we go along how we’ll do this, but if you are interested in doing a training please contact us.

Currently, anyone leading a meditation needs to have their own pro subscription to Zoom. This is limiting and we are working on it. If you know of an alternative app to Zoom that allows meetings longer than an hour, let us know. Nevertheless, if you have done a meditation leader’s training, or have led meditations for a long time, then please do make contact.

Especially we are keen to hear from new people.

It often happens that friends are afraid of strangers within their own circles. … The fear is that a newcomer may create a disturbance. And this fear is natural too: this protective feeling is not all bad.

… We need to drop this fear. If the work is to become widespread and vast, then this fear must be dropped. The emphasis should be on accommodating – with our hearts so spacious and open, our arms opened so wide – that we are able to assimilate people of the very opposite nature.
